The present edition of the doctoral forum electronic magazine comes to light a couple of months after the 5th meeting of our Red Pilares in Santiago, Chile, and ad portas to start the preparatory calendar ( february of 2020) of the 6th congress in Xalapa (Veracruz, México).

It's important this juncture because we wanted to take advantage of the dynamics started with the creation of thematic tables in Chile to consolidate them and make of them the organizational platform of Xalapa 2020, and also make Doctoral Forum a grandstand for the expression of such tables.
