The debate on the modernization of the criminal law: research materials

Abstract

This work presents a series of materials that are expected to serve as support to the research linked with the so called “modernization” of the criminal law, and the debate such a matter has arousen. In the fi rst part, an article is included showing some of the proposals to the “modernization” of the criminal law and the security criminal law. In the second part, there are thirteen reviews relevant to the Topic. Finally, in the third part, there is a compilation on the most relevant books and works, especially those available in Spanish.
