Abstract
This document provides the questionnaire used to identify, describe and classify changing processes associated to TPM implementation in 25 TPM most advanced Colombian Organizations.
Assumptions and concepts used to formulate questions and to interpret results are presented and discussed.
This work is part of the research project: “Review of TPM implementation processes in 25 most advanced national organizations, and study of change dynamics associated to it”. (Vélez & Villegas, 2004).
