Abstract
This paper unfolds an original proposal on the codification of private international law based on the primary groups used in the business world, which consist of a series of meetings held since the most basic areas of a company, up to an collective of all representatives of these areas. This raises the idea of reflecting those meetings in the field of private international law, seeking both unity in legislation by producing model laws, as in conflict rules that will solve the predicaments that may arise after the application of such laws to each state. For this, the idea is to establish a series of committees that begin in each of the continents and end with one of global order in which representatives of the continental commissions verify that the various proposals that have been prepared at the continental level match between each other and establish a unique list of terms and meanings, ultimately producing model laws, which regulate with a general approach the various topics and allow each state to conduct adjustments according to their legal order.
