Abstract

In the context of crucial importance to the Inter-American Human Rights System step in which the IACHR must decide soon, through an advisory opinion whether legal persons can go to the system for protecting their “human rights”, in this article presents some relevant issues for discussion of the topic. Thus, an interpretation of the American Convention on Human Rights that will conclude that moral beings if they can, in some specific cases, be considered as victims in the regional protection system is also proposed
