An introduction to game theory and contracts

Abstract

Nowadays, game theory is a widely used tool, not only in economics, but also in other fields. Analyzing contracts in the light of game theory can be beneficial, moreover with the dynamics of present day commerce. This perspective improves the elaboration of contracts
and allows to achieve more favorable and efficient situations.
