Abstract

The Dispute Settlement Body of the WTO has settled disputes among members of the organization for the past 21 years. At this time Colombia has participated as a plaintiff in 5 cases and a defendant in another 3, aside from a third party in the same. The article discusses cases in which Colombia was partly based on information available to the public.
