Regulatory recognition of persons with disabilities, a slow process

Abstract

Guaranteeing the right to autonomy of the will of people with cognitive or mental disabilities is a challenge of Colombian regulations. An interinstitutional investigation provided proposals that are condensed in a bill that expects to begin its process in the Congress of the Republic.
