Abstract
This paper presents the application of a methodological proposal for
process improvement based in the Harrington Approach for process
improvement and Methods Engineering applied to a Snapdragon-like
flower cultivation company. An improvement scheme is built for critical
processes in flower production. Finally, conclusions regarding the
improvement process are presented along with some recommendations
to make of this a more competitive tool for the studied company.
