Abstract

The the intent of this paper is the re-elaboration of the history of the
motherland concept in a wide sense, this is, through its materialization
in books for school use, in specific formats destined to wide uses and
publics, but also associated with representations that promote chronicles
from the past and future ideals to be emulated by all citizens.
