Abstract

The District of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Medellín implies great challenges for the city, ranging from new public management designs, strengthening public-private alliances and financing tools, to realizing a new development model based on science, technology and innovation, comprehensive and inclusive, and with national repercussions.
