Abstract
Cities face the challenge of incorporating new visions and methods for the design and maintenance of urban green areas, adopting a more ecological approach instead of a merely aesthetic one. This involves designing strategies to enrich urban biodiversity and mitigate the unprecedented environmental crisis we are experiencing.
