Abstract

Pre-Texts is a methodology that encourages the desire to learn and achieves high levels of intellectual advancement. A simple, intuitive tool, based on popular practices and nourished by the pleasure of exploring both school subjects and interpersonal relationships, which strengthens self-esteem and mitigates problems caused by anxiety and depression.
