Abstract

This article pursues to show a methodology to diagnose and produce class activities as pedagogical strategies that support the approach of training in the development of competences. The proposed methodology emerges from the joint work of teachers of four Colombian universities, in the framework of Jóvenes con Empresa program, through the systematization of successive worshops with teachers of the entrepreneurial area in Medellin and Cali. The objective is to supply the teacher with an innovative tool that takes into account two important aspects of his/her activity: A pedagogical approach and the educational styles and techniques.
