Abstract

How do today's corporate actions resonate in the future? This article explores how companies that voluntarily orient their actions toward sustainability not only generate benefits in the present, but also create a lasting legacy that transcends generations. To do this, we address three concepts: time as both the setting and the protagonist; intentionality as the compass of business actions; and intergenerational responsibility as the ethical commitment that connects our present with a future we don't yet know, but which we are already building.
