Identification of losses in the Production Process of Building

Abstract

As a result of their research on Productivity improvement in building projects through Lean Construction philosophy, the researches intend to spread the concepts and applications of a new construction management philosophy and explain how a new production focus can be used by building companies identifying waste in the production process, as a starting point in the search for performance improvement.
