How to create a control environment in organizations

Abstract

Knowing the subject and understanding how to eliminate the barriers impeding its implantation, are requirements for the implantation of a self-controlled culture in organizations. Some guidelines that allow to create an organizational environment and some ideal conditions for self - control, not only at an organizational level but also at a group and personal level, are presented in this article.
