Abstract

The principal - agent theory allows to improve our understanding of the organization, especially in the marketing area. It is used like a conceptual platform to model situations in the areas of personnel management, handling of the channels and the relations between suppliers and clients. The dominion of the theory of games is not a requirement sine qua non in order to use the Principal - Agent Theory and to model the concrete situations
