Abstract

This paper aims to provide key concepts of five internationalization theories and their application to activities, strategies, plans and processes applied to the case of the Colombian company Cementos Argos in its internationalization strategy. A preliminary literature review of five firm’s internationalization theories was carried out in order to provide specific highlights and theoretical background that sustains the paper. Results are not shown at the end, but through the developmentof the paper. Discussion notes on Cementos Argos internationalization, Multilatinas and Colombian companies are presented at the end.
