Abstract
The analysis of working in bourgeois society is a major concern of Marx in his critique of capitalism. From this perspective, working as a free activity self-enclosing all potentially transformed to achieve human emancipation, but historical forms in which work was organized to ensure the production have made this more of an instrument of worker's subjugation. On the other hand, the assimilation of the work as a free and conscious human praxis it is seen as the conscious production of the story from where men, their work as deployment of energy, ingenuity and imagination is oriented toward reproduction and growth of life. This, however, from the perspective of Marx, demand the transformation of economic structures and overcoming capitalist logic that put all human activity to raise capital value.
