Abstract

This paper presents an academic reflection, designed to highlight the importance of re-signify the role that throughout the history of mankind has played the man in the construction of knowledge, and therefore, in what is now called knowledge management. To do so, it’s assumed that knowledge is inherent in man, who is an endless construction, historical, socio-cultural, complex and influencing multiple administrative practices.

For an analysis, the notion that relates the construction of human knowledge is implemented, using the relationship developed for this author and others, others, with nature and its importance. Also, it is assumed that this construction is given from the individual's interaction with objects. Reflection analysis focuses on those aspects that conform the tacit and explicit knowledge to keep in mind when thinking about knowledge management from the work of the administration, at least if it is wanted to consider proposals aimed at comprehensiveness in intervention.
