Abstract
Inside transicional justice, is actually observed, a tension between what here is defined like opposite models: victim-centrism and reo-centrism. From the analysis of differents experiences of transicional justice, and centring the actual discussion in the desicions of the European Court of Human Rigths (ECtHR), the text consider about the gestion of the past by the Criminal law, the differents ways of realize transicional justice, the dangers, the most importants needs, and the tension, when this topic is studied, with the postulates of liberal Criminal law.
