Las recientes reformas penales en Colombia: un ejemplo de irracionalidad legislativa

Abstract

In view of the particularities of the social and political reality in Colombian, there are presented in the text some facts, statistics or records of the criminality in the country. It is underlined how the situation of internal conflict its manifest in a serious deficit of State criminal investigation, which this last one has tried to conceal with the different reforms of the criminal justice system. Taking into consideration this reality, there is done a detailed analysis of the criminal legislation produced in Colombia between the years 2000-2006, attending to its criminal policy orientation, and its ideological features.
