Abstract

This article carries out an analysis or a typology of four different ways of regulating criminally public and persuasive communications that carry messages that incite the performance of one or more actions that can be considered as harmful and illicit. In conducting this analysis, the article teaches different levels of appreciation of the importance or value of being able to provide enhanced constitutional protection for free expression
