Good practices of innovation in organizations of the services sector

Abstract

A self-assessment software tool for Good Innovation Practices BPI was developed by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Group GUIE to provide an approach to innovation self-assessment to goods and services producing organizations. This paper introduces the topic of innovation from different approaches such as understanding it as something new, as an unknown good or service or as a process requiring a careful and detailed study of the needs or requirements. It is also important to understand that the objective of innovation is achieving an economical beneft, therefore,  organizations consider the target market in their innovations.
