Pre-Colombian music instruments

Abstract

This article intends to review some of the most representative musical instruments from the pre-Colombian period. Similarly, there is a constant reference to the way human knowledge has been incorporated into musical instruments, since this is the material proof of the evolution of such knowledge. Last, the text includes the relation between music and musical instruments along the aforementioned review.
