Abstract

No other thing is expected from this essay that a rumination on the China of yesterday and today and specifically about what is known by us and what is being informed so enthusiastically by all means sewing both the actual developments and the images and thinkings that have come from the past. On the other hand, it pretends to incentivize the auto criticism on the studies and research being carried out in our realm that very often reflects some sort of accommodations to thesis and theories which are accepted with very little resistance. If China constitutes a big challenge as far as its capacity to conform the World of tomorrow, the challenge that we have in order to adjust our analytical tools is even greater. Therefore, what is proposed is and invitation to calmly thinking based on the elements accumulated during several centuries that should help to understand some of the bias we use to decipher the Sinic.
