Abstract
The modern individual’s deep contempt for political affairs deprives him of the space through which it is possible to have an authenthic world experience. Freedom, action and judgement are concepts that become meaningful only when a man interacts with others. This paper intends to present the foundations of the Arendtian definition of politics and thus her defense of the public realm, space that allows men to express their own judgements when they enter the world of human plurality.
