Abstract

The paper proposes a reflection about the system of modificative circumstances of responsibility in aggravated sense in Colombian criminal law. Starting by identifying the doctrinal discussion about their foundation and characteristics in the Colombian`s positive system, it is proposed a configuration control and application of agravative circumstances from the material content of the crime.
