Abstract

PHERECLOS is a European Union project that promotes open and contextualized school education in six Local Educational Clusters (LEC) in different cities around the world. The network of allies of the project in Medellín, which includes teachers, youth and family members, make a manifesto where they tell how they dream of an open and equitable school in the Aburrá Valley.
