Abstract

Yaisan Luna tells how her education was in Chocó, one of the departments with the highest rates of poverty in Colombia. Thanks to a state scholarship, this young woman had the opportunity to study civil engineering at the EAFIT University. It concludes that everyone in the country should be able to access a decent education.
