Managers and people government. Productive, organizacional and Cultural Arguments *

Abstract

Based on the working environment, considering the organizations as the central scenario, it is attempted to disembowel from the managers speech, political, productive and organizational discussions, seeking to
understand their role in the people government. Taking Parsons and Luhmahn as a base and trough a hermeneutical method, the arguments of seven managers from the Caldas region were analyzed, trying to get to know their thoughts about people government.
