Resumen

En los últimos años, ha habido una creciente tendencia por parte de gobiernos, clientes, proveedores y empleados en que las empresas adopten prácticas socialmente responsables en todos los procesos de su cadena de suministro. En este escenario, el objetivo es analizar la red de conocimiento en responsabilidad social corporativa de la cadena suministro. Es un estudio exploratorio y cualitativo a partir de publicaciones en Scopus entre 2000 y 2023, utilizando las herramientas Tree of Science y Gephi para estructurar la metáfora del árbol. Los resultados destacan la importancia por desarrollar prácticas socialmente responsables y sostenibles en todos los procesos y actores involucrados en la cadena de suministro. Se concluye que las prácticas sostenibles de responsabilidad social corporativa en la cadena de suministro tienen un impacto positivo a largo plazo en los objetivos corporativos y la imagen empresarial. Para lograrlo, es necesario asignar recursos financieros y tecnológicos, ser eficiente con recursos y fuentes energéticas, implementar economía circular y gestión verde, y fomentar una relación sólida entre los compradores y proveedores. Estas acciones permitirán desarrollar ventajas competitivas con un impacto económico, social y ambiental.
