Abstract

Soil is a pillar of ecosystem processes. In healthy soil, relationships occur that make the good health of all living beings possible, including human beings. The Soil and Ecosystem Observatory of Southwestern Antioquia (OSESA), led by EAFIT, seeks to monitor the health of the soils and ecosystems of this biogeographic region, where an accelerated change is occurring, from an agricultural vocation to a residential one. It is important to return your eyes to the ground.
