Tendencias en investigación sobre el clima organizacional en las universidades: un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo fue caracterizar la producción científica mundial en cuanto a las tendencias de los estudios sobre el clima organizacional en las universidades. La importancia del estudio del clima organizacional radica en la influencia directa que presenta sobre los comportamientos, el bienestar, la motivación, la creatividad y el desempeño del personal. Para llevar a cabo este estudio fue necesario hacer una revisión en las bases de datos en Scopus y Web Of Science de los últimos 12 años entre 2012 y octubre de 2023, extrayéndose 346 y 1131 documentos respectivamente. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico que examinó la variable del clima organizacional, de carácter descriptivo, el análisis se basó en la revisión de documentos científicos previamente publicados, para ello se emplearon elementos de búsqueda a partir de palabras clave como "organizational climate" OR "organizational environment" AND university con un análisis de datos y análisis de coocurrencia a partir de la herramienta VOSviewer, y el software R; dentro de los resultados se destaca el autor Schneider Ben y la revista, Frontiers in psychology y los países con mayor cantidad de investigaciones son Estados Unidos, China y Malasia. Finalmente se concluye que las tendencias que surgen del análisis sobre clima organizacional en universidades son: el desempeño, satisfacción en el trabajo, lugar de trabajo, percepciones, impacto, comportamiento, salud mental, seguridad y salud en el trabajo, compromiso, carga de trabajo, cultura, liderazgo, gestión del conocimiento, representadas en 10 temáticas que marcaron mayor frecuencia en la producción científica mundial.
