Abstract

This paper deals with organizational control as a system and with the main difficulties associated with this conception. It has three parts: an analysis of the definition of organizational control, the description of the basic structures of the control system, and the explanation of the systemic, behavioral and political barriers that hamper integral understanding of organizational control.
