Abstract

This paper is a brief and descriptive work in order to comprehend some issues in contemporary organizations. Domains such as cultural anthropology and fenomenological sociology take part here.  From that frame on, some findings are presented as part of qualitative investigation showing when corporations have new employees. The field work includes document analysis along with etnometodological support.
