Abstract

This article tells of the experiences the interpreter confronted through the process of conception, preparation, and opening of the concert, abstracting the difficulties and virtues that had to be faced. How does the opening of a concert by such a relevant composer comes about? What is behind its name? How is the preparation of the opening? What are the difficulties faced during the preparation? These are some of the questions that the players ask themselves when confronting the first presentation of a musical piece. The author considers it is essential to contribute in the formation of an analytical and observed opinion about the role posed by interpreters when accepting to play a piece for the first time, either in a symphonic or chamber format.
