Abstract

In the context of postindustrial society, information and communication technologies (ICT), and its accelerated multi-purpose use, as well as the new working conditions, have changed the social relationships that are built in productive organizations. This is a comprehensive look of the use of computer systems that provide information and communication technological objects and, consequently, of the changes taking place in intra-organizational social relationships.
