Resumen
En este artículo estudiamos varias propiedades de las funciones hipergeométrica de Gauss extendida e hipergeométrica confluente extendida. Derivamos
varias integrales, desigualdades y establecemos relaciones entre estas y otras funciones especiales. También mostramos que estas funciones ocurren naturalmente en la teoría de distribuciones estadísticas.
